Block and unblock contacts

How to block someone, and how to reverse it.

Blocking someone on Cirqil:

  • Removes them from your contact list.
  • Prevents them from sending you new contact requests.
  • Hides your profile from them.

To block

Open the contact’s profile → menu → Block.

To view or unblock

Blocked contacts are hidden by default. To see them:

  1. Open Contacts.
  2. Open the menu and toggle Show blocked.
  3. A Blocked tab appears with the list.
  4. From that tab, tap a person → Unblock.

Unblocking doesn’t automatically reconnect you as contacts — if you want to be connected again, one of you has to send a new request.
